Athletic info:
Plays for APOEL Nicosia Men's/U21s (regularly trains with men's team, was assigned a number, he's also played in the youth champions league against Barcelona and PSG)
He's a pure 6, GREAT engine, he has a remarkable capacity to close down opponents and press up the pitch when he's used in a double 6, very disciplined with his recovery runs. Technically he is sound, but doesn't hold on to the ball for long – as an intelligent player, he plays to his strengths and reads the game well, showing great composure under pressure. Andreas is quite vocal and his aggressive and fearless approach allows him to play a hard physical game despite his small frame.
We believe that he is a top level candidate and an impact player at the highest levels of the collegiate game. We base that assessment on other candidates that we have recently placed on very high scholarship in excellent D1 programs, such as Marquette (Zach Andreou), Central Florida (Jakov Basic), Bowling Green (Elias Saphaclaris), San Francisco (Andre Glasnovic) and others.
